Booking Policy

Check-in from 4pm to 8pm.
Check-out before 10am.

We can occasionally accommodate later check-outs if requested.

Meet and Greet.
Meet and Greet is between 5pm and 7pm, if you arrive before, or after this time and haven’t given us a prior arrival time we may not be on site to meet you. Please inform us in advance of your arrival time via email or phone call.

Same day bookings.
Please note that same day bookings may mean that the Hot Tubs will need to be warmed, please allow as much notice as possible and call up beforehand to confirm.

Lights and torches

We are a dark skies site for guests to be able to enjoy the stars.

Please remember to bring torches and lights for the dark evenings.

Electricity and Fridge

The Tents are non-electric but there are electric points for charging phones on the Glamping Site. 

There is a communal fridge in the Summerhouse.

Parking

Parking is situated at the top of the Glamping Site on the hardstanding area. There is no parking by the Stargazers or on the camping pitches.

Payments

Bookings made online can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. Payments can also be made over the phone by calling our office.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the holiday start date are subject to 50% non-refundable deposit paid.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the holiday start date will not be refunded.
We suggest you take out the necessary holiday insurance to cover any losses.

Dogs

We are a working farm and ask that you please keep your dogs on a lead and that you clean up after them also.

Please do not leave your dogs in the Stargazing Tents unattended, nor allow them on furnishings. Owners are liable for any damage your dog causes to the Stargazing Tents or the surrounding farmland and livestock. Please contact us if this occurs.

Don’t forget to bring your dogs bedding with you.

Dan Y Ser Glamping cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to a pet during their stay.

There is an additional fee of £30 per dog for the extra cleaning, which will be taken at the time of booking.

Bedlinen and Furnishings

All bed linen is provided in the price.

Bed linen that has to be disposed of due to stains will be charged for.

Fire

The only permitted fires are in the fire Pits outside the Stargazers or in the allocated area on the Camping pitches.

We can provide a bag of wood at a cost of £5 per bag, these are by the side of the Summerhouse with a box for payment.

We do not allow candles inside the Stargazers.

Hot Tubs

Wearing jewellery, watches etc. is not recommended in the Hot Tub. 

Dan Y Ser Glamping accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to items worn in the Hot Tubs.

Terms and Conditions

Dan Y Ser Glamping reserves the right to terminate any holiday booking without compensation, where we believe that the behavior of any of the persons in your group does or might cause disruption to other guests or farm operations. For the avoidance of doubt, you are directly liable to the Glamping Site for any damage caused during your stay.

Without prejudice to the above clause, Dan Y Ser Glamping reserves the right to recover any costs incurred by us as a result of any damage caused by you or your party at a resort, including any compensation paid to the resort or other guests.

Limitation of Liability.

Dan Y Ser Glamping will not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party unless death or personal injury is caused by our negligence or that of the Glamping site employees acting within the course of their employment and within the scope of their authority.

We try to ensure all information, photographs and Glamping and camping accommodation descriptions have been compiled from the most accurate sources available at the time published. All details and information on the Dan Y Ser Glamping Under the Stars Website are correct at time of going to press/digital. Accommodation décor, size and layout may vary over time. Dan Y Ser Glamping Under the Stars may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. You should review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.
